Dr. Dana Fender's family are natives of south Georgia, and he is proud to serve patients in the Douglas, Baxley and Tifton areas. He graduated from The Medical College of Georgia Dental School and did his graduate orthodontic training at Vanderbilt University. A devoted husband and father, he is a very "hands-on" dad to Austin and Andrew, and their newest addition Evan. You will often see him at the boys' ball games or other school activities with his wife, Hope. He is also passionate about hunting and the outdoors.

Dr. Fender's faith plays a central role in his life, and he has had the opportunity to be part of several foreign mission teams, providing dental care to people in developing countries such as Nicaragua, Venezuela, and the Ukraine.
