Doc-On-A-Stick

On all of your summer vacations, take a picture with your Doc-On-A-Stick for a chance to win a $250 Old Navy shopping spree!

The deadline for entries will be August 20th. Three winners will be announced on August 27th from three different categories:
1. Doc-On-A-Stick in the most places
2. Most creative picture with Doc-On-A-Stick
3. Doc-On-A-Stick in the farthest location

Doc-On-A-Stick may be picked up in any of our three locations in Douglas, Tifton, or Baxley.

Entries may be brought into any of our offices, emailed to fendergoggans@gmail.com, or posted on our Facebook wall using Wildfire (see the contest on our Facebook page.)

Be sure to include your name and the location of the picture on all entries.

What is Share A Smile?

Share A Smile is a referral program that gives participants a chance to win an iPad and gives their friends a discount.

How do I Share A Smile?

  1. Pick up Share A Smile cards at your next appointment or print one here.
  2. Give your friend the card to bring when they come to their new patient consultation.
  3. Friend will give card to New Treatment Coordinator during their new patient consultation.
  4. You will be entered into a drawing for an iPad as well as your friend for an iPod Nano. Plus, your friend will receive $250 off their treatment fee!
When will you draw for the iPad and Nano?

We will draw for the iPad and iPod at the end of every March, June, September and December. You have four chances to win!
